Chez Christophe, known for its mouth-watering selection of pastries, cakes and hand-crafted chocolates, is now open at 1558 Johnston Road. The new chocolate, pastry and coffee shop has seating for 30 and offers exquisite chocolate creations, handmade pastry, macarons, viennoiserie, sandwiches and a full coffee bar.

Owner Christophe Bonzon takes chocolate and pastry seriously! Swiss-trained as a pastry chef/chocolatier, he studied for a decade with some of Europe’s best pastry chefs and was the executive pastry chef at Robson Street’s CinCin before opening the first Chez Christophe on Hastings Street in Burnaby in 2013. Since then he has won multiple awards and has been named as an official Cacoa Barry Ambassador.
Stop by for a croissant puff (trust us!) and a coffee, and go home with a box of bonbons!
