DESCRIPTION:White Rock’s Annual Pride party; Love Is Love\, will be held July 28th\, at the Elks Hall (1469 George Street\, White Rock) with The Honourable Gordon Hogg\, P.C.\, M.P. as emcee. Doors open at 6:30PM. \nThis year’s party will include live music by Crossroads (www.crossroadsrockband.ca) as well as a live performance by the one and only Carlotta Gurl\, along with Misty Meadows and Justine Tyme! There will also be dinner\, door prizes and the opportunity to engage with the community. \nA donation will be made to White Rock’s local chapter of PFlag (www.pflagcanada.ca)\nThe White Rock Pride Committee is raising funds with the intention to have a rainbow coloured crosswalk permanently installed at 5 Corners.
